I had a great experience at Menke GMC in Wausau, WI. Someone was walking out of the dealership to greet me before I even got out of my car. They listened to my interests, needs, and wants. They responded to my questions and covered vehicle features with kindness. After asking about safety features, they continued offering examples and additional safety information - even following up later by text with additional info. I really appreciated this extra touch. I was planning to finance elsewhere. Their finance person followed up with me and ultimately got me a better APR allowing for additional savings. The entire process from inquiry through test drive through trade in value to financing, signing paperwork, and pick up was very smooth. And, they've continued to check in to see if I have questions or additional needs. The care has been exceptional! I had called on monday am to make an appt to have my tire sensor looked at because the warning light had come on. the guy who took my appt told me to come in on tuesday at 11:00 am to have it fixed, when I got there they told me that no appt was scheduled but they would try to squeeze me in which they did in 45 minutes they had the car done great job to the guys who got it done. Will be backfor any automotive work to be done.

Landon, Shane and Brandon were all great to work with. Landon was super helpful, not at all pushy about selling or up selling., just asked questions about what I would like. Shane tried his best to help with my old warranty company. Brandon was very easy to work with for financing. Very happy with my experience with all 3 of them. My experience with Menke was the total opposite of my last terrible experience buying a vehicle with another dealership. I would be very comfortable referring my friends and family to Landon.

upon arrival the service advisors sat there like I was bothering them. they were helpful once the ice was broke as i was 45 minutes early for a scheduled oil change. No paper work at the end

Brought our 2019 Acadia in for an oil change before we head to Montana. Shane Meyer got us in right away as he always does. The technician who did the service found our radiator was leaking and the front brakes needed to be replaced. As Shane always does he had the technician go to work on it and get everything done so we could leave on our trip as planned. Thank you Shane Meyer and Mike the technician who got all the repairs done. The service department at Menke is outstanding. Shane and Mike are two of the main reasons we keep doing business with Menke. Valuable employees that need to be recognized.

Brian is great. He has helped friends, family, and neighbors of mine for years. This was my first purchase with him but I feel confident in reaching back out anytime we are in the market.

Was told running boards are fixed, but that evening went to get in the passenger side and the running board went down but will not go back up all the way, just makes the noise that it’s trying to go back up! Now I have to take ANOTHER 2 hours off work for them to fix it when it should have been tested before leaving the dealership!

Went in to look at new vehicles and met with Landon to see what was available. Found a 2026 Acadia that had what we were looking for. Sat down with Landon and made the deal. Landon is the best. He makes everything go smoothly. His knowledge, professionalism and personality keep us coming back. Shane Meyer in service is another big reason we keep coming back. He goes above and beyond when we have a problem with one of our vehicles in getting it taken care of.

Brought my son’s vehicle in for an oil change. Not one service writer said hi. Shane, walked right past me opened the door and put his computer on still without acknowledging me. We then went over to his desk and I mentioned another problem with a sound coming from the truck when we make right turns. At that point Alex Walkush(whom I know) began talking with me. I explained my problem and he said that he could go for a ride quick to listen. Shane was not happy about this either. Alex tried diagnosing the problem and even took another mechanic out for a ride. They were unable to figure it out without digging deeper. I greatly appreciated the effort by Alex. When the oil change was complete, Shane still rudely came in and said my truck was done. I did not appreciate the rudeness/attitude by Shane. The only reason I will go back to that service department is because we have one more free oil change. Alex was super cool too.

Kelly was super. She went the extra mile to find the truck I was looking for and did it in a timely fashion. She was thorough in explaining all the features and helped tremendously in setting up all the online and digital accessories.

Ben Breslow especially and everybody else I was involved with was very nice and helpful! The body work of the car turned out really well I was happy with the work done to replace everything. There were a few codes stuck on there such as the drivers assist and one for the tires, they were on when I picked it up, they tried to get them off when I told them upon getting the car picked up and were very helpful, they couldn't get them off and said to drive it a few days to see if they go away and I needed it that day so I took it and drove it and they are still on there so I'll have to bring it back in but it's not a big deal still very happy with your service. I bring my car their every time it needs something as I bought it from you guys and plan on continuing to bring it only to you guys the whole time I own this vehicle. I plan on going through you guys again in the future when I purchase a new vehicle from you and trade the one I'm presently driving in for a new one. Thanks for all your help! The vehicle we wanted only showed up with the nation wide search and there were only 3 to 4 vehicles Ohio, Wisconsin, Idaho etc. Reichard Buick in Dayton OH and Menke in Schofield WI were the two contenders, both priced out the door the same, Menke Yukon had the wheels we wanted. Reichard was willing to find a carrier (both locations over 1200 miles from Las Cruces NM) Menke preferred the customer find a carrier. Our local GMC dealership was great but could not find or trade for a vehicle, and build times can vary significantly per visiting with numerous dealerships. We liked your build and price site and current inventory. It helped us find specifically what we wanted. This will be GMC number 6 and I was disappointed that the Yukon did not have customer appreciation discount but it did have the premium 3K off. Our best deal came from CASA GMC out of Alamogordo NM. Wow a great deal - but we wanted Blue and not White so that is on us.

The door was out of alignment on our new 2026 Acadia. We called the body shop and they got us scheduled to do the repairs. They got it all aligned properly and repainted the area that had rubbed through. Very satisfied with the job and how we were taken care of.
