The service department at Menke GMC is phenomenal! They go above and beyond every time. My service advisor, Shane Meyer, is knowledgeable and professional. He also knows me and my driving/vehicle needs. He's great at suggesting things, like tires that fit my driving ability, keeping in mind the crazy miles I put on. Their extra services, like shuttle service and such are very helpful. The drivers are sweet too. You feel like the whole team actually cares, and want to help you. A lost trait at many places I fear. They couldn't make it easier or more enjoyable. Thank you Menke!

So easy to work with, they give you a good deal so there is no need to haggle with anyone. I had a great experience at Menke GMC in Wausau, WI. Someone was walking out of the dealership to greet me before I even got out of my car. They listened to my interests, needs, and wants. They responded to my questions and covered vehicle features with kindness. After asking about safety features, they continued offering examples and additional safety information - even following up later by text with additional info. I really appreciated this extra touch. I was planning to finance elsewhere. Their finance person followed up with me and ultimately got me a better APR allowing for additional savings. The entire process from inquiry through test drive through trade in value to financing, signing paperwork, and pick up was very smooth. And, they've continued to check in to see if I have questions or additional needs. The care has been exceptional! I had called on monday am to make an appt to have my tire sensor looked at because the warning light had come on. the guy who took my appt told me to come in on tuesday at 11:00 am to have it fixed, when I got there they told me that no appt was scheduled but they would try to squeeze me in which they did in 45 minutes they had the car done great job to the guys who got it done. Was told running boards are fixed, but that evening went to get in the passenger side and the running board went down but will not go back up all the way, just makes the noise that it’s trying to go back up! Now I have to take ANOTHER 2 hours off work for them to fix it when it should have been tested before leaving the dealership!

Brought our 2019 Acadia in for an oil change before we head to Montana. Shane Meyer got us in right away as he always does. The technician who did the service found our radiator was leaking and the front brakes needed to be replaced. As Shane always does he had the technician go to work on it and get everything done so we could leave on our trip as planned. Thank you Shane Meyer and Mike the technician who got all the repairs done. The service department at Menke is outstanding. Shane and Mike are two of the main reasons we keep doing business with Menke. Valuable employees that need to be recognized.
